Criminal actions in Parliament by few Seemandhra MP’s………Disgraceful !!!!

Today is a sad day in the history of Indian Parliament. Few MP’s from Seemandhra have done something which could be considered as criminal act to disrupt the Telangana Bill.

This is the extreme of their dominating behavior thinking they could do anything at any level. This is why Telangana People want to This separate from the existing Andhra Pradesh. Al these days they get away with with demands and wishes with this same kind of behavior.

With this kind of nature and behavior they have suppressed the development of Telangana in many ways and have been insulting Telangana people and culture in every possible way.

May the whole country will notice with this incident, that  how these Seemandhra political leaders are suppressing the feelings and development  of Telangana people.

This is a shameful act and Indian Parliament and Indian democracy. Hope Parliament will take an appropriate action against them and pass the Telangana bill.

They never respected the Telangana people wished and never even bothered to address the issues raised Telangana people for why they are demanding separation. Instead they keep on going thinking that they can influence their own  Central Government, but when they realized that it many not happen any more, now they are showing this dictatorship behavior in the Top house of the country.

In a new low, Congress member of Parliament L. Rajgopal protesting against the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh to create Telangana attacked other members inside Lok Sabha with pepper spray on Thursday. TDM MP Venugopal Reddy reportedly brandished a knife inside the House.

Parliamentarians who are meant to be discuss such serious bills in detail, are behaving like street rowdy’s. Parliament represents the whole country which will and should consider the concerns of all regions of the country. But, these Seemandhra MP’s shown today that they are expecting that only their wishes and demands should be considered and thinking that rest of the MP’s of this country fools. They tried to disrupt the introduction of the bill itself, while they have every options to discuss and present their concern with a meaningful debate in the house. They have shown to the country what all these they are doing in the state and how they are suppressing Telangana People.

They not only have shown what they actually are to the world, but also brought down the respect of the Indian Parliament by their shameful act.
Disgraceful and shameful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
…………………
…………………
Few Reactions to the incident :
Reacting on the incident, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath said, “This is a blot on our parliamentary democracy. We are ashamed of this incident.” ”The Speaker will decide what action to take. We will meet the Speaker and take further step. I would recommend the strongest possible action. Twenty-five MPs keeping entire House hostage is not acceptable.” “Many party leaders have asked me to request the Speaker to take action against those who have done such things and it is a very unfortunate (incident) in my 33 years of parliamentary life. I feel ashamed that such an incident has taken place,” he said.
…………
Union Coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal said, “This is very unfortunate for our Democracy. Our party has decided and the government will go ahead with bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and we will stick to it.” . Jaiswal said, “He (Rajgopal) sprayed it when I was present there. I was worried that the Speaker could have been attacked. It wasn’t a security lapse, it is the members’ responsibility to ensure such things don’t happen”. ”Whatever has happened is not in the interest of the nation. If the House allows this sort of things then it will be difficult to run Parliament. Whoever is guilty should be held responsible. This issue has to be discussed within Parliament and not outside,” he added.
……….
Bharatiya Janata Party patriarch LK Advani said, “Maine aisa kabhi nahi dekha (I have never seen such scenes). It was disgraceful for Parliament. I feel very sad.”
Union Minister Rajiv Shukla said, “Strong action will be taken against erring MPs as it was an attempt to kill members.”
….
“It is unbelievable, disgraceful and unwarranted. Never has it happened in our Parliament and neither anywhere in the world,” Trinamool Congress Parliamentary Party leader Sudip Bandopadhyay said.

End of an era in Telugu cinema..!!!

Sri Akkineni Nageswara Rao

Demise of Sri Akkineni Nageswara Rao marks end of an era in Telugu cinema. Nageswara Rao, popularly known as ANR, died early hours of Tuesday at the age of 91 after losing his battle with cancer.
Legendary thespian Akkineni Nageswara Rao, who strode the Telugu film world like a colossus in the 60s and 70s and had a stature on par with N T Rama Rao, was instrumental in bringing Telugu film industry to Hyderabad.
Born in a humble agrarian family in Krishna district of coastal Andhra Pradesh in 1924, he had a brush with theatre at a tender age before making his debut in early 1940s with the film ‘Dharmapatni’, in which he enacted the role of a woman.
A stalwart in his own right, he went on to act in around 256 films, including some in Tamil and Hindi, in a career spanning seven decades and was the recipient of several coveted awards including the Dada Saheb Phalke Award, Padma Bhushan and Padma Vibhushan Awards.
Nageswara Rao, a contemporary of towering south Indian heroes like M G Ramachandran and Sivaji Ganesan and N T Rama Rao.
Nageswara Rao had played a key role in the Telugu film industry shifting its base from Chennai to Hyderabad.
A strict disciplinarian in real life, Nageswara Rao earned kudos for his poignant portrayal of an alcoholic and jilted lover in films like ‘Devdas’, ‘Prem Nagar’ and ‘Premabhishekam’.
He immortalised the character of ‘Devdas’ in the Telugu film based on the novel of acclaimed Bengali author Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyaya.
His demise marks a sad day for Telugu people, in particular Telugu Cinema(Tollywood) and Cinema Lovers.

Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Terminal 2.....Swankyyy, isn't it!!!

A swanky Terminal 2 / T2 at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA)

.
India's overcrowded financial capital(Mumbai) unveiled its long-awaited Rs 5,500 crore new airport terminal on Friday, an ambitious, art-filled space that developers hope will be a showcase success in a country struggling to modernize inadequate infrastructure that is holding back economic growth.
The state-of-the-art Terminal 2 or T2 at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA) was officially inaugurated by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday. Built at cost of over Rs5,500 crore, the terminal will be thrown open to public within four weeks.
“Mumbai deserves a world-class facility like the T2,” Singh said, adding that “opening of T2 will inspire other infrastructure projects to achieve similar feat.”

According to aviation experts, development of the airport seems significant for the city as unlike other important airports, CSIA is located in a confined area with no space to expand. Only 1,400 acres are available. On the contrary, Hyderabad and Bengaluru airports have over 5,500 acres of land available and the development had to be carried out without disrupting the on-going flight operations.
In January 2006, GVK led consortium, comprising of Airports Company South Africa and Bidvest won the bid to manage and operate GVK CSIA. To accomplish this task, Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd. (GVK CSIA) was formed by GVK led consortium (74%) and Airports Authority of India (26%)..
In 2012-13, the airport handled 30.21 million passengers and 0.6 million tonnes of cargo. According to forecast by aviation experts, the passenger traffic in Mumbai is expected to reach 80 million per annum by 2026. Likewise, the air cargo is expected to reach 2 million tonnes. With the opening of T2, the passenger capacity of CSIA will shoot up more than 40 million passengers annually. Under the privatisation policy of the central government, CSIA was given to private parties for modernisation in 2006. GVK-led consortium bagged the contract for Mumbai airport.
The spanking four-storey glass marvel, whose design has been inspired by a dancing peacock, has some of the most advanced state-of-the-art passenger convenience system. It has 208 check-in-counters, 43 security pedestals, 161 elevators, one day hotel and one transit hotel, automated baggage system capable of handling 9,600 bags per hour, and a dedicated 6-lane elevated expressway.
The terminal also has country’s largest multi-level car parking area as well as world’s longest cable stayed glass wall (15 metres).

A blast of Arctic air gripped the mid-section of the United States on Monday, 06 Jan 2014, bringing the coldest temperatures in two decades. Meteorologists said temperatures were dangerously cold and life-threatening in some places, with 0 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 18 Celsius) recorded in Chicago, St. Louis and Indianapolis. The icy images taken may look spectacular, but it also warns of unwarranted weather foes that are going to increase in the near future because of global warming.
